How to survive deadline knitting …

… in 36°C/97°F.

Another one of my submitted designs was accepted recently. This is of course, again, a very big and exciting thing for me. I can’t tell too much about this project right now, but let me tell you this, having a fuzzy, incredibly warm and almost alpaca like cardigan-in-progress on your lap, while the thermometer is showing 36°C/97°F is not fun anymore.

Here is what to do to keep it going anyway:

Step 1:

Escape your city apartment and visit your boyfriend’s parents in the countryside.

Step 2:

Fruits, pie and ice cream

Step 4:

Walk barefoot.

Step 5:

Have a cat around you!

But keep it away from your precious yarn:
