Keep calm and eat cookies

My secret submission cardigan is now washed and blocked. It only needs to dry and then it will be send off to the USA. If everything goes well the secret will be disclosed in November and all stress and almost-mental-breakdownsčśë will be forgotten. I managed to knit a full length sleeve in one day, but working the buttonhole band almost made me burst in tears … What is important in these situations is to calm down and do something else, otherwise it just will get worse.

So I baked a bunch of cookies:

Cookies I

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 75 g ground hazelnut
  • 75 g honey
  • 100g soft butter
  • 5 tablespoons milk
  • 1 egg

Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and all wet ingredients in another bowl. Then add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until they are combined. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto the baking tray. Bake 15-20 minutes in 180┬░C/356┬░F.
